After tumbling down the stairs on prom night, Eugene Bell (Zach Cregger) falls into a four year coma. Woken up by his best friend Tucker (Trevor Moore), Eugene learns that his once innocent girlfriend Cindi (Raquel Alessi) has become a Playboy centerfold.
