After time-traveling to 2015, Marty McFly (Michael J. Fox) returns home and finds that everything has changed. Biff (Thomas F. Wilson) rules Hill Valley and is married to his mother (Lea Thompson). To try to set things right, Marty travels back to 1955 to prevent Biff from changing the future. Once there, he has to explain the situation to a confused Doc Brown (Christopher Lloyd) and be careful not to interfere with his first trip to the past. Directed by Robert Zemeckis.
