Willie (Billy Bob Thornton) and Marcus (Tony Cox) are two con men who disguise themselves as Santa and an elf in order to rob malls after hours on Christmas Eve. Drunk and foul-mouthed, Willie begins to undergo a change of heart when a persistent, wide-eyed child (Brett Kelly) welcomes him into his home, believing he is the real Santa.
