In 2010, Paris's most dangerous ghetto is controlled by a ruthless crime lord named Taha (Bibi Naceri). But, Leito (David Belle) is determined to make his neighborhood safe and bring Taha down. After Leito disrupts his business and breaks into his compound, Taha retaliates by kidnapping his sister, Lola (Dany Verissimo). After a failed rescue attempt and six months in jail, Leito teams up with an undercover cop named Damien (Cyril Raffaelli) to defuse a neutron bomb and save Lola before everyone in District B13 is killed.
