When Hollywood's most famous and talented dog, Rexxx, goes missing, he ends up being adopted by young Shane Fahey (Josh Hutcherson). Taken in at the firehouse where Shane's father (Bruce Greenwood) is captain, Rexxx goes from nuisance to hero when his incredible physical abilities prove invaluable during rescue calls. With Rexxx onboard, the once downtrodden fire department regains its former glory.
