Just as Ann (Naomi Watts), George (Tim Roth) and their son Georgie (Devon Gearhart) begin to settle into their lake house for a relaxing summer vacation, they are introduced to Peter (Brady Corbet) and Paul (Michael Pitt), two polite, articulate young men with a disturbing hidden agenda. After killing the family dog and breaking George's leg with a golf club, Peter and Paul hold the family hostage and torture them for their own amusement. To stay alive until morning, Ann, George and Georgie will have to play a series of sadistic games and do whatever Peter and Paul say. Directed by Michael Haneke. Categories: Horror, Thriller.
