Warren Stacy (Gene Davis), a deranged serial killer who enjoys slaying young women in the nude, goes one step too far when he targets the daughter of hard-nosed cop Leo Kessler (Charles Bronson). In an act of desperation, Kessler plants false evidence on the killer and is kicked off the force as a result.
