When Horton the Elephant (Jim Carrey) discovers that a tiny speck of dust that he found on a flower is actually home to the miniscule citizens of Whoville, he agrees to help protect the Whos from the dangers of the regular-sized Jungle of Nool. Teaming up with Ned O'Malley (Steve Carell), the Mayor of Whoville, who has 96 daughters and one quiet son (Jesse McCartney), Horton sets out to find the Whos a safe resting place for their little world.
