Stuck in Bruges, Belgium after a botched assignment, two Irish contract hitmen, Ray (Colin Farrell) and Ken (Brendan Gleeson), try to pass the time amongst the many tourists in town while awaiting instructions from their boss, Harry (Ralph Fiennes). Surrounded by eccentric locals, annoying tourists and some fellow criminals, the pair make the best of their situation, until Ken gets word that he is to kill Ray for fouling up their last job.
