After their wedding, Carl (Matt Dillon) and Molly Peterson (Kate Hudson) are looking forward to settling down into their new life together. But, when Carl learns that life-long friend Randy Dupree (Owen Wilson) was fired and lost his apartment after attending the pair's wedding, he welcomes his best bud into their home.
