After nine years at the Playboy Mansion, former bunny Shelley Darlington (Anna Faris) is kicked out and forced to find a new home. Fate leads her to the Zeta Alpha Zeta sorority, where she learns that as the sisters' new housemother her special skills can be put to use by helping them change their nerdy, socially awkward image. But, when the snobby girls at Phi Iota Mu scheme to prevent the unpopular Zetas from recruiting a new class, Shelley and the girls learn that a little individuality might just be what they need to save the day.
