Laura (Goya Toledo), a beautiful psychiatrist, is locked in a basement and forced to watch a video confession made by the man that kidnapped her. When the tape is finished, Ramon (Darío Grandinetti), a seemingly mild-mannered man who is, in fact, a serial killer, challenges Laura to a word game.
