When the entire crew of an airplane is crippled with food poisoning, it's up to one ex-war pilot, Ted Striker (Robert Hays,) to land the plane and deliver its ridiculous passengers to safety. Having to contend with his own fear of flying, Striker task is further complicated when he learns that his ex-girlfriend (Julie Hagerty) is one of the flight attendants onboard.
