Colonel John Matrix (Arnold Schwarzenegger) is a retired Special Forces Commando who lives the peaceful life in the mountains with his daughter Jenny (Alyssa Milano). Jenny is soon kidnapped and held for ransom as part of coup d’etat scheme. The kidnappers detain Jenny, hoping to coerce Matrix to assassinate a Latin American president so that an old dictator can return to power.
