When Dave (Eddie Murphy) crash lands in New York and sets out into the city, most people assume he's just another guy, but what they don't know is that Dave is actually a spaceship operated by 100 miniture aliens, including the Captain (also Eddie Murphy), No. 3 (Gabrielle Union) and No. 2 (Ed Helms). The aliens come from the planet Nil in search of a special ball that will allow them to drain the salt from the Earth's oceans and solve their energy crisis. After being hit by a car, Dave meets Gina (Elizabeth Banks) and Josh Morrison (Austyn Myers). Smitten with Gina, the Captain begins to neglect their mission and angers No. 3, who is secretly in love with him. Directed by Brian Robbins.
