Marvin (Rob Schneider) dreams of becoming a heroic cop, but he just doesn't have what it takes. His fortunes change when he's critically injured in a car accident and Dr. Wilder (Michael Caton), a deranged scientist, rebuilds Marvin from the inside out using animal organs. At first, Marvin's new body gives him remarkable new abilities, allowing him to gain the instant fame he's always wished for.
