Washed up pop singer Alex Fletcher (Hugh Grant) sees a ray of hope for his career when he is given an opportunity to compose and sing a duet with current teen sensation Cora Corman (Haley Bennett). Struggling with the lyrics, he stumbles upon Sophie Fisher (Drew Barrymore), whose quirky way with words is just the thing Alex needs to complete the song. While their personalities and styles clash, Alex and Sophie soon find themselves drawn into an unexpected relationship. But, in order to make things work, they'll have to overcome their fears and admit they make perfect music together. Directed by Marc Lawrence. With Brad Garrett. Categories: Comedy, Music, Romance.
