When hearing that his estranged father has been murdered and that the Imperial Seal of China has been stolen, Chon (Jackie Chan) and travels to London with his buddy Roy (Owen Wilson) looking to regain the seal and take revenge on his father's killer. Chon and Roy are joined in England by Chon's sister Lin (Fann Wong), who has uncovered a conspiracy to murder the royal family.
