On a remote island, the evil scientist Romero (Steve Buscemi) is hatching a sinister plot to take over the world with his own gang of spy kids. Called into action, Carmen (Daryl Sabara) and Juni Cortez (Alexa Vega) team up with fellow spy kids Gary (Matt O'Leary) and Gerti Giggles (Emily Osment) and head off to the dangerous, volcanic island to take on Romero and his the mutated monsters he has created.
