Andy Washburn (Jimmy Fallon) is a New York cop following a gang of beautiful Brazilian bank robbers. There's only one problem: he's totally incompetent and his license has been revoked for reckless driving. Teaming up with Belle Williams (Queen Latifah), a high-speed New York cabbie with dreams of professional racing, flies across town after the Brazilian bandits.
