Decorated policeman Nick Chen (Yun-Fat Chow) is assigned to defuse a turf war in Chinatown between the Triads and the Fukienese Dragons. As the action heats up, Chen is teamed up with young cop Danny Wallace (Mark Wahlberg), who is unaware of how power and influence have compromised his superiors.
