In this period comedy/crime drama, Woody Allen plays an insurance investigator in the 1940s. When Betty (Helen Hunt), is sent to reorganize his office, the two instantly dislike each other. But after they attend a magic show, they are hypnotized into carrying out heists for the magician. Dan Aykroyd is the cost-cutting boss who doesn't have a clue who is committing so many thefts, and Charlize Theron plays a rich girl who catches the thieves in the act. Directed by Woody Allen.
