A film about elite soldiers who disarm bombs in Iraq. A new sergeant, James (Jeremy Renner), takes over a highly trained bomb-disposal team during the war in Iraq, he decides to change many of the team's routines. Two of the men under his command, Sanborn (Anthony Mackie) and Eldridge (Brian Geraghty), are upset by his decision to become involved in what they think is a reckless and deadly game of urban combat. James doesn't seem to care about the dangers he is exposing them to. All the men are changed as the struggles among them heat up. Directed by Kathryn Bigelow. With David Morse.
