Mr. Incredible (Craig T. Nelson) used to be the world's greatest superhero before being forced to enter the witness protection program. Now an insurance claims adjuster known simply as Bob Parr, Mr. Incredible has gotten out of shape and grown bored with his ordinary life. When a mysterious message summons him to a remote island for a top secret assignment, Mr. Incredible jumps at the chance to get back in the action. But, when Syndrome (Jason Lee), a sinister new enemy, takes Mr. Incredible hostage, he will have to rely on his wife, Elastigirl (Holly Hunter), their super kids, Dash (Spencer Fox) and Violet (Sarah Vowell), and his old buddy Frozone (Samuel L.
