Trouble begins for a group of living toys when the wind-up cowboy, Woody (Tom Hanks), the perennial favorite of his owner, Andy (John Morris), is “replaced” by the flashy, new space commander, Buzz Lightyear (Tim Allen). When Buzz accidentally falls out of the window, Woody is blamed for his “death.” Teaming up with his toy friends, including Mr. Potato Head (Don Rickles), Slinky Dog (Jim Varney), Rex (Wallace Shawn), Bo Peep (Annie Potts) and Hamm (John Ratzenberger), Woody sets out into the outside world to find Buzz and return him to Andy.
