Faced with the prospect of another summer spent at football camp, Shawn Colfax (Nicholas D'Agosto) and Nick Brady (Eric Christian Olsen), the two most popular guys in their high school, decide to change things up and go to cheerleading camp instead. While their initial plan is just to take advantage of being surrounded by beautiful young women all day, Shawn and Nick eventually start to take things seriously so that they can do well in the cheer competition finals, and help Shawn win over Carly (Sarah Roemer), the head cheerleader.
